Born and raised in San Antonio, Pierre's extensive knowledge and experience in San Antonio allow him to navigate his clients to a property that is specific to their needs. After high school, Pierre started fire-proofing for a small construction company, was soon promoted to foreman, and later started a fire-proofing division for one of the Top 10 construction companies ranked worldwide. In 2007, he began working on a drilling rig, was quickly promoted to be a driller, and broke numerous drilling records in West Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma before transitioning to work as a project manager for the largest privately held drilling company in the US. Eventually, Pierre co-founded a cabinet, granite, and flooring business and began remodeling houses, some of which were featured in Houzz Magazine, and his interest in remodeling led him to pursue a career in real estate.
