Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, Barry graduated from John Marshall High School. He went on to become local Golden Gloves Boxing Champion and an elite results-delivering personal fitness trainer while earning his B.B.A in Business Management with a concentration of Entrepreneurship at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He contracted his first investment property (buy-n-hold) at the age of nineteen where he quickly gained knowledge as a landlord. After graduating UTSA, he took the liquidity from the buy-n-hold property and restored value in local distressed properties (flipping). It was these projects that he gained invaluable knowledge of how to fund deals and properly leverage institutional funding. More recently Barry has developed an innovative buy-n-hold method that maximizes cash flow statements while preserving and maintaining the properties “turn-key” readiness through Short Term Rentals.
